Our stay at Foothill was GREAT!! Rooms were recently updated, all in the 50's motif. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Decor was GREAT!! would stay there again!!

Even though they were renovating, our room was clean, beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was clean. I loved the Dove soap but not the scent. Loved the microwave, Kerig, and mini fridge. Decorations for fall were very festive in the Lobby. Free breakfast was amazing. Great service and a wide variety. Something for everyone. Loved the front desk staff especially the lady on day shift 10/21/26. We will definitely stay again when in your area! Thank you.

Needed a place for 2 night stay in Auburn for a trail race. The room was cozy ang relaxing (specially after the 35K run). Breakfast options were plenty. Staff was super nice. Only downside i felt why was there a need to charge for parking (its pretty open space area and not space crunched - so not sure whatsup with that)

Friendly staff, clean grounds, great pool and breakfast. Super value.

I've seen reviews on this motel that show it around middle-ground. I don't understand why. The motel is well-kept outside and in. The 2 different prelude who checked me in were friendly and efficient. My room was absolutely clean. The floors, the furniture, the bedding, and the bathroom were obviously very well maintained. I'd stay here again anytime in Auburn.

Clean, quiet, with a convenient location to shopping in Roseville, and a concert at Thunder Valley Casio concert venue.

We stayed here to be close to the casino for a concert & it is super close to drive to. The staff were always friendly & helpful. Hotel lobby & room, super clean & very new. Has a small area by front desk to buy items. No restaurant or bar, but lobby had tables, free coffee/tea/hot water/cold water. Free breakfast in am, but never made it. Room is super clean but very basic. Had a desk & 2 chairs in double queen, no table except for a tv tray table & no couch. Had microwave & Kuerig coffee &...

This was an absolutely amazing place. We came for my birthday and it was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

Great room, super clean and front desk helpful and nice...would stay again

Great room. Quiet location. Hotel somewhat separated from casino which is super. Go to Sacramento often and will definitely stay at Thunder Valley on future trips.

Comfortable rooms with Victorian theme. Brass beds, vintage furniture. Very welcoming host. Great homemade breakfast! Lovely yard, spa & wraparound porch for relaxing. Perfect weekend getaway.

Greatest Hotel Casino I’ve ever stayed in 👍

This was a mother/daughter weekend for us. The facilities are beautiful and everyone was friendly and expressed wanting to make our stay pleasant.

Been staying a while and the staff is very professional and accommodating. It’s nice to know if you need something any time of day or night they are more than glad to help. Rooms are up to date and for the price it’s tops! Breakfast is better than most with a nice selection. Coffee or tea is available and good. It’s not in a prime location but where you need to go is not too far.

I have stayed here at this wonderful hotel many times over the past five years and the staff, cleanliness and amenities are the BEST around! Specifically the owners who greet you with a friendly smile and efficient manner each time I check in, and the breakfast staff who are clean and friendly even at 6 AM :) I love it. It’s the only place I book when traveling through Roseville. Thank you all for another wonderful stay!
