Perfect beach house

This is a great location for a laid-back beach vacation. You step out of the lanai directly onto the sand. Watch sunsets as you eat dinner. Nicely equipped kitchen. Reserved parking spot is right outside the door. Restaurants and shops are just a few blocks away.

A week of paradise!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is the perfect location directly on the beach. Everything we needed was there. They even delivered us a new beach umbrella because ours was missing. Everyone was super helpful and our unit was super clean. Two things I would recommend, be on the top floor because of little peoples feet early in the morning and the front door sticks. Would 100% stay here again!

Perfect location, right in the beach! Restaurants are close enough to walk, Wicked Cantina is the best!! Beware tho the folks upstairs can be loud I had to contact mgt about that. Otherwise awesome!!! Beach chairs were always available, my bed was SO comfortable!!! We never used the pull out couch. You just can’t go wrong here!

BEST Views! Conveniently located on the beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Want a great view with just a few steps to be beach? This is your place! Looking for a luxury condo-this is not it. Great for 2 people only! Sofa bed needs replaced, refrigerator light, microwave light and oven light needs to be replaced. Beach chairs and umbrella also need to be replaced. An AC guy also entered the condo around 9 a.m without prior notice. More storage would also be nice & easy to install! We would stay here again simply for the view & convenience!

Lovely

The beach was well kept and the water is perfect. The condo was nice but a little dated. The master king bed needs a soft overlay foam mattress it was a little hard. Shower heads run very slow so it takes a while to get soap out of your hair. The view was amazing being on top unit and being in the corner. It would be nice if there was an elevator when moving in and out. Would like to go back.

The Perfect Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My fiance and I had an amazing week at Beach House Resort 1. The condo was perfect for us and had everything we needed and the beach couldn't have been any closer. Although we cooked most days, we did go out a few nights. Easy walk over to the Wicked Cantina (best grouper tacos) and Gulf Drive Cafe (breakfast and back again that night for dinner/cocktails). Also, take advantage of the free trolley if you don't have a car. We took it down to the Ugly Grouper for cocktails and it was wonderful. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed 7 days in Beach House Unit 1. It was nicely equipped and furnished, had pretty much everything we needed. The beachfront location is rare on the Island and we really enjoyed it. The biggest drawback was that the screen porch was only separated from the other units by a screen. So you could see and hear everything your neighbors were doing. This negatively affected the peace of a morning coffee and/or an evening cocktail.

We love the beach and we’ll keep coming back

The location of being on the beach and quick access to it is what you are paying for here. Kitchen has your basics and no true complaints, overall we’ve stayed here multiple times now and love the location and the beach. Pros: your back porch is the beach, with soft sand(no shells) and you’re close to multiple restaurants and stores. The Cons ( are not deal breakers because the beach is fabulous): the mattress is not good- super soft and sinks in. There is road traffic noise(but we didn’t notice because we always bring a sound machine), it’s not the easiest to get your car in and out due to the location being right up against the main road but again you are right on the beach. Kitchen was stocked nice however just be aware there are no basic spices like salt and pepper and we did run into issue of preparing meals due to lack of sharp cooking knives. You are supplied with a good amount of beach supplies and even a little lunch box cooler too which is great- however they have these white layout chairs in the front of the property on the beach and unfortunately only 3 don’t have holes or are broken/missing portions of the chair…(between the use of these amongst multiple units, I really feel there is a need to get new chairs or at least trash the ones that are completely Unusable) Very minimal issues and overall we would come again!

ocean front condo

The condo was very clean and had a good supply of dishes, etc. We did have a problem hooking up to the internet and had to wait a day to get in contact with the office. They were good in responding. The air conditioner worked well but had a constant noise rattle in the bedroom. A queen bed would be nice. The beach was great and chairs were supplied. A restaurant was next door but you never heard noise and it was very quiet. It helped to cut down public access to the beach. The condo on top was being renovated, so I am not sure what the noise level would be with the two bedroom condo above. Overall, we really loved the convenience of the condo and you cannot get any closer to the beach

Location is the only good thing

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The sheets were dirty, there was an extra set wrapped in plastic in the closet but they smelled horrible & had black dots all over. The washer & dryer for the small units in the building were $1.75 each only payable with quarters..there is 2 of each, 1 of each doesn't work properly so its quite irritating to have paid overprice to be in a good location that ended up dirty, & simply trying to fix the issue & not being able to because the amenities are broken, then having to waste vacation time trying to find somewhere that has $10 in quarters to spend 7 hrs trying to wash & dry a load of laundry. I don't know what was wrong with the water..but the shower seemed like bleach..burned my eyes really bad, and made my hair feel awfully dry. Toilet hardly flushed. The living room furniture was old and stained up. Had an hard time with the ice maker in the freezer. The locals will make sure you know you're not welcomed btw most of them living in condos across the street. So not the best, but the beach is right out the back door & was pretty private, not crowded in that spot at all which was nice. I was able to force myself into enjoying it. Not likely to return though

Beach Vacay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We LOVE staying here & return yearly! The condo is very nice and well furnished. We had everything we needed to make our own meals. There were a few things this stay that I feel could be improved for next year. We brought minimal clothing knowing there was a washer/dryer on site. However, neither of the two washers were working properly & clothes came out soaking wet. Needless to say, we could not utilize the dryers. We requested a late checkout (noon vs 10am) and were told it wasn’t possible but yet towards the end of the week were offered a discount for an extended stay??We paid for 7-day stay (Sat-Sat) but you cannot check in until 4p and checkout on last day is 10a. It would be great if the rental price reflected the amount of time you are actually in the condo vs paying for a full 7-day stay when it is really 5 days. We do love it there but it is pricey and those would be my suggestions for improvement & customer satisfaction.
