“Likes - Clean room, bed was comfortable, friendly staff, good breakfast, easy parking. The price was particularly good. Coud be improved - AC was noisy. I turned to just fan and opened the window instead as it was cool outside. The room was small, but adequate.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Cold Springs. If you are a golfer, you would enjoy even more. The condos were dated but very clean. The people were very hospitable. The restaurant next door, PEM Burgers was great. We ate there 2 nights in a row. Would have been great to have a smart tv so we could have streamed but WiFi and cell service were adequate. Also make sure to bring all your toiletries as only hand soap provided. We would stay there again.”
