Brocton Chalets

Such a cool place to stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet and unique rooms. It is such a nice break from standard hotel rooms. The staff is always friendly and the location is perfectly located in town,

More Handicap parking closer to entrance would be nicer. The staff saw me struggling to walk with my cane so a employee ran over with a wheel chair and took me all the way to our room and said we can keep it till we check out. She also went back and found the foot pads for the chair which made it easier to elevate the legs. Also I checked the second day of our stay and asked if I could take the chair with us to see some family in the area and he checked and said ok which was a great help as I...

The Theater Motel was built in a different era and shows its wear and tear. When I arrived the host and her very cheerful toddler greeted me. The bed was new, the room, linens and bathroom were clean. The room had a slight musty smell but well within expectations. Many chain hotels could take a hint from these hosts’ efforts in providing a pleasant experience. They are working towards improvements and deserve the support of budget minded travelers.

The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were immaculately clean. Free breakfast in the...

It was a good stay. Staff are pleasant and have a desire to serve. A new brewery is on its way. The included breakfast was complete…hot upscale continental. Shout out to banquet server Karen O.

Everything is good

My son attends SUNY Fredonia we have stayed here several times to attend events at the college. Always happy with the room and the service!

Comfortable and reasonably priced.

Although they were under construction we very much enjoyed staying here. Friendly folks and a beautiful view of the lake.

I came here with my littlest girl for a few days. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean and everything worked as it should. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows, great for an end of day pillow fight before going to sleep at night! We will be back next year. Thanks!

It’s a comfortable but inexpensive place.Quiet too.Everything works AC,hot water, toilet etc.Beds are clean and comfortable. No odors like most hotels have. This place is a gem to me.The woman at the front desk is friendly and interesting to talk to also.
