“This Hotel and the staff were awesome. The location of the hotel is right off the highway and it has almost every restaurant you want within a minute drive or 2 minute walk. There is even a QT gas station in the same parking lot in case you need gas or want some snacks. The breakfast was delicious and the pool was added bonus. We will definitely be staying here if we return to Manning”

“This is an old boarding house with great history. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. A code is given to get into the front door and for your assigned room. We did have problems getting into our room but once i figured out who to call, she took care of it quick. Very close to Back Woods . ”

“This hotel is very outdated and needs a major overhaul. It also has a terrible smell in the stairwell and hallway. There are floor board planks missing from in front of some of the room doors. The carpet in the room was filthy and had small pieces of trash in several areas. That let me know the floor wasn't vacuumed.
