“need larger tv that can easily be seen. need light over sinks in bathroom. needs clear instructions for heater. needs more comfortable seating. needs back items such as toilet paper and paper towels and least a broom and dust pan. also needs walkover mat just inside front door.”

“The property was appropriately priced but the pictures were a bit misleading. The owner and caretaker were both very nice and very accommodating. The house was clean and well stocked, but dated. The back porch picture was when it was first built and it was also dated and not very clean (in my opinion). Definitely worth the price and I would stay there again if I had a group more on a budget. Again, the owner and caretaker were both very kind.”

“We had a short, one-night stay here and had a great time. The kids really loved playing pool in the basement. We all enjoyed the hot tub under the stars at night. It was a very quiet location. It could have been a bit cleaner, but overall we were happy.”

“I really enjoyed my stay here. Host and hostess were very responsive to questions. There are some steep steps to the bed room, but there are gaurd rails and non-slip traction on the stairs to help.”

“The house served our purpose well. They beds were comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean. The back porch and grounds could use a little TLC but that didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves. It was very close to all the attractions near Cortez.”
