“I had a Bad experience with one of the bartenders, I was there for my birthday and my wife and I spent the whole day at Universal and we were tired we got to the Hotel like 10pm to do our check in. The receptionist did a very mediocre job, she wasn't mean or anything like that but I had to ask her like basic questions after she gave me the keys like , where is the elevator or even I had to ask her about my room number wich I think they should tell you that. Anyway that really didn't bother me……

“This property will overcharge you…! Beware they charged me a transfer fee, even though I didn’t transfer rooms… They also quoted me a rate to upgrade and then they charged me. Double… There are so many extra charges in taxes that they throw onto your bill and some of them they create, even though you didn’t ask for it.
I had a two night stay and I spent almost $1000 in room charges, taxes, valet, parking plus tax plus extra California tax you will be taxed to death at this hotel,….I’m disputing……
