"We highly recommend staying here. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole resort had a spa like feel. The best touch was they even did turn down service which you don’t see very often these day. We had a nice little tray with tea and cookies when we came back from enjoying the outdoor hot tub. The staff at the front desk were really kind during check in and while checking out even we advised them of how thin the door was between the adjoining rooms. Not their fault that we had a baby next door and could hear things clearly through the door but they did their best and listened to our feedback. We truly loved our experience here and can’t wait to return. "

"I don't like this accommodation at all. The reception lady when I checked in was a little bit impatient to me, but she was warm to people in front me and after me. However the reception lady who is responsible for my check out are so warm makes me felt better welcomed. There is a smell of marijuana in the room. Open the door to make sure that it is not the smell coming from the door or outside the balcony. I'm not sure whether someone smoked marijuana in this room before or the smell came from the next room. After 9 p.m., someone smashed the door of the next room and made a loud noise couple times. No one came out to manage it. It makes people feel very unsettled to stay here. I don’t know whether I passed out or fall asleep whole night. But when I woke up in the morning I have a severe headache and my throat feels weird."

"Issues with black mould in the bathroom, all the way up into the ceiling, bed was hard, old and very creaky, breakfast in the restaurant was not edible. Paid $25 for meat omelet that could not be eaten due to griddle oil taste, excess pepper that was mixed into the omelette, fresh tomato slices were warm, soggy, and mushy. Informed that it was my choice, not to eat the omelet and therefore had to pay for it."
