"Every one in Elberton was so friendly no matter where you went . I would go back. Very nice hotel and staff"

"The hotel shares a parking lot with a rather large liquor store and is across the street from a homeless shelter. I listened to a very loud altercation in the parking lot around 11:00pm. Otherwise, the room was OK. We were on the 3rd floor, in a room kind of in a corner. The door would get stuck on the wall as you entered, but that kind of worked out loading and unloading the luggage carrier. The room itself was large, but the lighting was terrible. The breakfast was fine, but a bit slim in its options. They had the obligatory waffle maker, eggs and biscuits and gravy. They had bananas and cereal. No bacon or sausage. Staff was friendly, the pool was good enough to entertain the kids. It was being remodled, but they did a good job of keeping that unobtrusive. If it wasn't for the unfortunate location, I'd go back. A liquor store across the street from a homeless shelter isn't a great combination. "

"The newly renovated house was perfect for our stay for a fishing tournament on Lake Hartwell! Conveniently located about 15 minutes from the Gum Branch Mega Ramp and with restaurants/ groceries / gas not far. There was plenty of room to park the truck and boat. The house has been renovated nicely, with all the conveniences of home and that farm house appeal. The Host was great to communicate with and very welcoming! She responded to our questions quickly and is conveniently close by if we would have encountered any issues ( which we didn’t)."

"First, the guestbook was an awesome idea! We had an amazing time sitting eating breakfast revisiting the adventures of others! We couldn’t be more comfortable or at peace in any other location! Your quaint and cozy cabin was needed to allow family to be a family. We hiked, canoed, and made fires (s’mores). Our teenagers and 4 legged son took advantage of ALL your trails! Kernal 🐾 swam in the lake for the first time and even tried to save his hoomans! We definitely will be back to enjoy your cabin! Looking forward to reading more from the Roger’s family as well! Thank you so much for this opportunity, it was definitely one for the books!"

This is a modernly stylish home, yet feels so warm and inviting the moment you walk in. Our family of 6 had plenty of space to spread out comfortably with every amenity provided. The kitchen is well stocked and spacious for staying in and cooking. The home is light and bright and truly a modern escape! The hosts are always quick to respond and keep clear communication during your stay. We will return next time we're in Athens!"
