"The staff was really nice and helpful with my question over the phone about checking in late. I also found the room really comfortable and clean. The whole hotel is really a vibe because it’s clean and luxurious but also is in a historic building. It was a good location as well around different parts of downtown and walkable. I really enjoyed the brunch, and also the complementary water bottles and coffee ! The staff at the front desk were super friendly too and made me feel welcome ! Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at."

"Kind helpful reception. Cleaners looked very depressed. On Highway side, you can hear the traffic but I slept well, felt safe. Floor corners in bathroom not great cleanliness but for the price it was great and convenient. It’s also adjacent on one side to a very nice neighborhood. I’d stay there again. Tell them to pay their cleaning staff more! "

"Everything was fine until I got home and there was a $50.00 charge on my debit card. I tried several times to speak with the hotel staff but nobody answered the phone??? I therefore called my bank and had the charge cancelled which they did immediately. So what’s up?"

"The room was fine and the staff was friendly. Much of the property was under construction so it was pretty empty. It is right by the freeway and loud. "
