“**Pros*** Great downtown location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, playground, and library.* Smooth check-in/out.* Off-street parking.* Reliable heating/AC.**Cons**Main issue was a strong mold odor throughout the condo. Reported next morning; despite daily follow-ups, it took 3 days to address. Drain treatment reduced but didn’t eliminate smell, and we kept windows open much of the time. Sensitive guests should consider staying elsewhere.Bedding was fully synthetic and……

“Two smoke detectors started chirping at 2:30am. We tried to get them (one was hardwired) to stop. They said take out the battery and then no further instruction/no additional response until 5:30am. Meanwhile we were concerned about carbon dioxide and had to deal with horrible noise and went to sleep in the lobby. Property management said maintenance would come at 8am. No show until 9am. The kicker - maintenance person lives right next store to our unit. We shared a wall!!!!!! I bugged……

11. Beautiful condo w/fireplace in the heart of downtown Pleasant Hill

“I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of……

“As others have mentioned, its a little tricky getting in. The key is is to park as close to LB Steak on Santana row as you can and find the entrance down the alley to the left of the restaurant and use the code to buzz in and get into the apartment. Once you have the key with fob then DRIVE into garage by driving down santana row and turn left on Olin and left again to garage entrance- confirm with images you are sent. However once IN it's super convenient to get in and out. I also agree with……
