“Two smoke detectors started chirping at 2:30am. We tried to get them (one was hardwired) to stop. They said take out the battery and then no further instruction/no additional response until 5:30am. Meanwhile we were concerned about carbon dioxide and had to deal with horrible noise and went to sleep in the lobby. Property management said maintenance would come at 8am. No show until 9am. The kicker - maintenance person lives right next store to our unit. We shared a wall!!!!!! I bugged……

“**Pros*** Great downtown location within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, shops, playground, and library.* Smooth check-in/out.* Off-street parking.* Reliable heating/AC.**Cons**Main issue was a strong mold odor throughout the condo. 11. Beautiful condo w/fireplace in the heart of downtown Pleasant Hill

Pleasant Hill

“I stayed with my baby, husband and parents. It had everything we needed but unfortunately wasn’t baby friendly or clean. ALOT of personal items which I half expected from the bio but it was alitte overwhelming. I had to clean the apartment before I could feel comfortable letting my baby move around. The dirt and dust everywhere was really disappointing. I vacuumed the apartment twice and wiped down the surfaces and was shocked at how black the wipes were. The fridge and freezer were full of……
