Perfect location (at the pier in minutes and a nice Trader Joes also minutes away) incredible complimentary breakfast (the selection is mind boggling for a free breakfast!) and friendly staff. The outdoor fire tables are also awesome and we needed them for the cold and rainy weather. The only thing ...

Staff were great. Clean room. Great water flow in shower. Parking a little spendy.

The room was more like an old 1 bedroom apartment. It waant what we expected. The pull out bed and bed in room were very very uncomfortable.

I personally would never choose to visit San Leandro, however the event we were attending required us to do so. I did personally enjoy the marina inn, it made the busy-ness of Oakland/San Leandro feel like a quiet mini paradise.
I will definitely stay at the Marina inn again
Beautiful area
