“ we have a quite disappointing staying there as start the lack of communication is unspeakable they send me a message with main door code and room code, which nowadays phones filter it as spam, rather than send through Expedia or personal email, it get worst when it comes to security, all the room has the same code, it’s scary like someone figurs out all has the same code or even by mistake open the same door. In the first room, it was too cold below 70 despite the heating is working all day……

The hotel owner, Mr. Bill Singh was very helpful and courteous throughout our stay. The open view and peaceful surroundings made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended!”

“1. Upon arrival, valet service was unavailable. When I called reception for guidance, I was directed to park in a random parking garage nearby. As a guest unfamiliar with the area, I had to walk alone for approximately 10 minutes at night carrying my belongings, which felt unsafe and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. 2. The hotel had run out of drinking water entirely. No bottled water was available anywhere. I have honestly never experienced a hotel being unable to provide……

“Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. ”

“I called specifically to book a certain room and my reservation room was moved without any confirmation. I have allergies and I like to cook food for myself when I’m away - but the room I was given did not have a kitchen even though I called specifically to book that type of room. When I alerted the front desk about this, they said it was “ someone new” who moved me and there was nothing they could do. I could hear the entire phone call of them talking about me and it was super uncomfortable……
