"Great breakfast included with our suite. Beautiful room on the canal. Weather was cold so windows stayed closed for the most part, but would be great spot to have open and enjoy the sounds of the city during warmer weather. Heat worked great and staff was wonderful. Very convenient location to all things Venice. Everything walkable (a little distance to walk from train station, but we did with no problem). Could take water taxi just a few steps away from hotel if desired."

Cristina, Fernando, and the rest of the staff we interacted with during our 5-night stay provided outstanding hospitality and service. Dined at the small in-house restaurant. Elaborate and intimate setting with excellent food (best of five restaurants we sampled during our stay). The gentleman who served us (forgot his name) was highly professional and knowledgeable in both food and wine. Would definitely stay again."
