“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“We were arranged to room near traffic road. It was a bit noisy. We struggled between natural ventilation (since no air conditioning in hotel) and noise isolation. Opening window, too noisy. Close window, stagnant air.”

“Since you enter in this property you feel welcome and at home. The staff is absolutely wonderful, they help you in any possible way. Alvin, at the front desk, went above and beyond trying to answer all our questions and solving all of our problems. Rooms were tidy and clean, perfect for our family, the breakfast was great and even the day that we were going to miss it because of early booking for another activity they took care of putting it in a bag to go. The whole vibe of a colonial house……

“Everything was great. Only complaint was cold shower in the morning. Staff was very helpful with recommendations, with tacos, friendly, breakfast was great with several options and including fresh local fruit that was perfectly ripe. Missing it already. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the main square, no issues walking in the evening around the area. Lots of shops and restaurants around.”
