There was visible black mold surrounding the bathtub, the sheets appeared unclean with stains and crumbs (we did not feel comfortable sleeping in them and slept fully clothed on top), and the entire room had a strong musty odor. Additionally, the AC/heat unit was malfunctioning—when running, it made extremely loud, concerning noises and switching to heat made the odor significantly worse. “Staff were amazing, stay was good at first until the next couple of nights when more people with kids checked in. Walking, running, stomping above our room was horrible. Front desk was notified and the group was asked by staff to be more respectful, unfortunately it didn’t work it just made it worse. Front desk offered to move us but it would be to a smaller room.
