The rooms were clean, I don’t think they change the bed sheets very often. Too noisy for us , to many young drunken people, we’ll be going to an adult resort next time, the only reason we went there was the price. The staff was good and helpful called the night before for a bell boy to get our luggage ...

ULIV Mexico City
Front desk is friendly. Location is amazing, you can access many good restaurants and bars with walkable distance. But it is a little noise especially when the room facing the street. If you are light sleep person, choose the room away from the street. Overall I had a good experience here.
