I video the bathroom then walked to the tub and videotaped the bug. After filming I then walked to the front office told him that the motel had bugs. He walked to my hotel room and saw the good size bug. I demanded my money back telling him I would call the Indiana Department of Health. He refused to refund my……

“The hallway and my room 119 smelled like a ashtray . I haven't smelled anything like that since smoking was not allowed in public places. Air conditioner had not been cleaned. The filter was filthy. The air that came out of it was Dale and gross. The window was so bad. I couldn't see it out of it. It was like a fog, but it was just dirt. The sink I'm not calling me and the countertopless. Cleaning that they didn't do the back a splashboard. refrigerator had black mold in it.”
