Central Virginia Chalets

"If you are looking for a getaway in the woods, this is it. Tucked away in a private lot you can have a camping experience without the tent! Fire pit, grill, woods! Great place for a small family. Lake Anna State park entrance took about 25 minutes to get too. We hiked and played on the beach. Lake access is not a close walk. Especially with littles. Trash was a pain because the dump wasn’t open at 9:15 and they said you need a local Id. We ended up taking the trash home. Eek. Otherwise place...

"Excellent amenities and host was attentive. Great place to stay with a large group. "

"It's a nice house, and check in/out was super easy."

"It was a beautiful cabin, exactly what we needed to get away from the city and just disconnect. If you’re not comfortable driving on mountain roads, just something to think about. Overall an amazing little getaway. "

"The house had everything we needed for JMU family weekend! The owners were very responsive and accommodating 👍"

"Beautiful and very functional house! It had everything we could possibly need! I would stay there again. "

"My family and I had an amazing stay. The communication and responsiveness from the host was great. There were no negative surprises and we really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend this property."

"Everything was fantastic "

"Excellent location and views. Beautiful grounds. The house is nicely decorated. It sleeps 6 adults and 4 children. If there was more attention given to the maintenance of mechanical things in the house we would definitely have given this a five star review."

"We absolutely loved this property."
