“Our stay had a couple of frustrating issues. The AC was set to 64°F but the room never got below 72°F, so it felt uncomfortably warm overnight with no way to cool it down. The fire alarm also went off for no apparent reason before 5 AM, forcing an evacuation. I reached out via the Hilton/Graduate text messaging line that's meant for exactly these situations and never heard back. To top it off, we later discovered the hotel had offered complimentary breakfast to make up for the disruption—but……
