“Nice”

“The room smelled like cigarette”

“I would like to be honest about my stay. It was very poor the first room I received everything looked up to pare but, the room smell of paint was bothersome. Not only was the paint smell an issue the water never got hot. I went to front desk and was greeted by Heaven who seemed pretty good until I complain about the water not being hot. Mind you I’m only in town for the weekend to work 16 hours shift. So I only wanted to shower and sleep. When I complained about the water temperature she stated……

“Everything we needed. Great location. Easy street parking. Wonderful host. ”

“Room was amazing, staff was cool, breakfast was great, and the pool was real cold but hey. We had a blast!”

“Our room was gross. There were hand prints on the door. Dirty towels folded like they were clean. Marks all over the walls. Peeling wallpaper. The AC was out in the lobby/breakfast area. The fitness room was dated, dirty, no towels and broken equipment. We were only given 2 towels for 3 people the entire stay. When I asked for additional towels, I was given an attitude. When I explained the room situation I did not get an apology. Nice location.”

“Loud outside. Overcharged at checkout with lie of card declined even though I had already paid…dealing with that now. Another guest tried coming into our room twice at night. Never staying here again. All around bad experience.”
