“The room was spacious and comfortable. It's great that there's enough counter space in the bathroom. We liked that some of the furnitures are modular and reconfigurable to our liking. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the nice breakfast without having to leave the hotel.”

“We had a great time at this hotel! I wish the breakfast hours were a little extended, but it was a decent meal. I think more thought goes into the presentation of the food items, than the food itself (could have been better, for sure.. but, it is complimentary!) “I don’t normally write bad reviews, but I hope by writing this it will prompt Management to make changes. I was hoping for a great stay while visiting family. Instead, it was very poor. I almost checked out right after checking in. The entrance doors had an obnoxious alarm sound the entire stay (4 days). The pool had green algae on the sides of the tiles, they ran out of pool towels (and sheets as I overheard a guest asking the front desk for sheets), the first aid kit in the pool room was……

“Me gustó mucho la instalación pero al llegar me dijeron que estaba declinada mi reserva y no podia entrar fue un momento muy desagradable”

“Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered. Went back to the front desk, same person there reported TVs were new and she couldn’t help. No one from maintenance to help……

“Nice place to stay”

“There were repairs made to the wall inside the room. Plaster was all over the wall and carpet. The bathroom had clean towels, but the tub was not clean. Used soap and hair still in the tub, on the shower wall and floor beside the toilet. Even saw a large bed bug crawling on the pillow on the bed.”
