All was good - I just thought it was odd not seeing anyone working in the building. Our stay was nice and will continue to stay here yearly. :-)”

“The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were cozy. The waterslide was a huge hit with my granddaughter. Couldn't keep her out of the pool! The only thing that was an issue was the ice machines were out of ice most of the time. We had to go from machine to machine just to get a full bucket. Overall, it was a wonderful stay.”

“The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms. It doesn’t stink or anything, but doesn’t smell fresh either. Also, I have rarely had everything I need in the room. They are usually missing something. The……

“For some reason, they didn’t give me the king size room that I had reserved. No reason nor explanation given - i didn’t know til entering the room. Breakfast at 6:00 wasn’t ready. Oatmeal, pancake mix, hot hings tricked out between 6:00and 6:20.”
