“Clean hotel, location was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the only thing that could be improved. I don’t have high expectations for any hotel breakfast but this was one of my least favorites. Overall though a great place to stay in Richmond with lots of restaurants nearby.”

“Just OK, did the job for the weekend. We were able to see different rooms throughout because we were with a group and honestly each room was different as far as cleanliness and upkeep and general cosmetics. Our first room smelled horrible so we requested a move and this may have to do with allowing pets at the property. Waffle maker and breakfast were great for easy mornings.”

“The beds were comfortable. All the silverware, pots and pans and dishes must be signed out at the desk. The room was plain but nice. TV did not work and the front desk tried changing the batteries. Still not working. I was too tired from driving and changing rooms due to a queen bed and I reserved a king. I was given a double queen room for the same price which was nice. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Ice , coffee and take along breakfast was all in the lobby. Air comfort worked well. It was……
