The room was big for a city hotel and clean. This is a walk-up and the steps are very very steep. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the temperature was scalding hot. The carpet looks and smells dirty, which makes the room smell musty and dusty. The bathroom door in room 3D does not close. The headboard is not properly attached and bounces when one gets on or off the bed. No television which as I understand is not something rooms have but pictures online show a tv in a room and the room we were in has the tv hook up. The towels were stained, I was told we would be getting a new set asap along with a room refresh. Got the towels 2 hours later, which were also stained and the room refresh didn’t happen. There is no daily housekeeping.
