“Hotel and room were nice. Check-in was easy and fast.”

“Stayed here due to numerous 5-Star ratings but now believe they were all false. I’ve never paid $65 a night to squat somewhere but now I can mark that off the bucket list. Hotel felt very much like a half-way house and there’s nothing intrinsically wrong with that but would have liked to know before hand. Someone was heavily smoking on the second floor despite being a no-smoking property stinking up the place. Shower didn’t drain well and there were fist-sized holes in the bathroom wall and……

“Couldn’t sleep our first night. Room next door was extremely loud until 4am!! Even after I contacted the lobby 3 times! The next day I asked for clean towels and they never brought them. They also don’t do any room cleaning in between says which is strange. ”

“I have never felt more unsafe at a hotel in my life. There were obvious drug deals in the parking lot, people partying outside my window, loud neighbors on all sides all night — the room reeked of cigarette smoke, the light fixtures didn’t work/were falling off the wall, the bathroom door didn’t close because it didn’t fit in the frame, cigarette burns all around the sink, chunks of the bathtub were broken/missing, hair/stains on the sheets, deafeningly loud heater, stained walls, corroded……

“First off, when we got in room. No TV remote. Went to call front desk, no phone in room! Then he came and brought us a remote. But could only watch news. Then getting ready for dinner looking for towels, not any in room and not even a place for them. There was a used bar of soap next to sink..not know who used it. No shampoo, but a used tube of tooth paste. No extra towel paper, again no towels for whirlpool. No coffee pot. They advertise great breakfast 12 cup coffeemaker in lobby with just……

“Front desk manager likes to shirk responsibility to anyone other than herself. Bathroom door was so warped it wouldn't close. No outlets by the beds worked. Pool was out of service. Won't be back, worst Marriott I've ever stayed in. ”

“Nice check-in! Room was really cozy and clean. Variety of breakfast items. The only to add is, the hotel should have a dress code for the dining room, it’s not nice eating and seeing people in PJs and barefoot.”
