“Overall the property is way overpriced! I really only wanted it for one night but it only had two night options. My children had so much fun which is the only reason I was okay with the conditions of the cabins. My cabin wasn’t filthy but it also wasn’t very clean. The couch cover was disgusting! The floors were dirty. I did a deep cleaning prior to everyone sitting down & even brought my own swifter mop. The beds were pretty decent on cleanliness. There were no bugs at all. The a/c in the back……

“A group of 19 of us enjoyed family time at Watershed! It is in a great location, close to Loveland and shopping, yet you are surrounded by the river and woods. The 2 separate houses were helpful for our large group. The older cabin does have a bit of a cabin odor. It is a cute place with a great front porch, and able to fit 5 adults.The larger house has been updated nicely also, with lots of very comfortable beds. The bathrooms were great. The downstairs refrigerator hadn't been wiped out,……

“The cabin was clean. We do not have pets so I cannot comment on pet friendly. We pretty much had everything needed for our stay. The cabin sits on a small lake and there is a baseball complex on the other side. There is also a small deck and fire ring on the back side but we did not use it, being a bit chilly outside this trip. Wood was provided. Communication with the host were good and we had easy access to the property.”

“Cool cabin, beautiful views. Everything was as expected aside from the basement was redone (which was nicer than photos) but the pool table was no longer there. They had some shuffle board weird pool table. Like others we had an issue getting the door unlocked but the key box was easy to use. I wouldn’t let these small issues deter from your stay, overall great place, great host. ”
