“They didn’t go out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I know that many places have a binder of things to do nearby and instructions for prepping to leave. Some places also give a bottle of wine or cookies as a welcome gift. This place had a poorly flushing toilet and the flooring was in rough shape. Some planks need to be replaced because you’ll get your sock caught in one. There wasn’t any dish soap. It was very meh but it seemed clean and was a cheap place to crash for the night. ”

“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“This was our 5th trip to North Beach and our 4th time at a condo in Southwinds, and we have never been disappointed. Jenn and Mike, our hosts this time, provided all the information we needed to feel comfortable in their home. We found it exactly as pictured. NB has 5 good restaurants within walking distance and at least 2 more within a 5 minute drive. The boardwalk is great for walking at anytime of day.
