“My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.”

“The staff was extremely helpful and very kind. The breakfast was great though it does close at 9 which can be a little inconvenient if you get a later start. The room had tons of space and the bed was very comfortable. The TV is a bit dated but you’re typically not staying in the room for the TV so it not a big problem. Lots of storage come in really handy.”

“The dryer was broken. Our sink kept backing up. The curtain were broken and wouldn't stay closed enough to keep the light out. We asked for a small cup.of.milk.fornourndaughter to go to sleep. The front desk clerk rolled her eyes, let out a huge sigh and said, "I'm we don't just give out free milk, you'll have to wait for breakfast.". We had to ask multiple times to get towels for our room. The breakfast was the smallest options we've ever seen. We will not be staying here again. If we……

“What a gem of a place located right in the old town square, so much to do and see within walking distance. The hotel is amazing and the albums and record players are so cool. Check out the sunset lounge, so beautiful to have a cocktail and enjoy the sunset and Mountain View’s.”

“Hotel is nice but parking is a bit tight if you have a trailer. You are required to park alongside the road in front of the hotel (not in the parking lot).”

“Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my stay. Late at night, we had an issue with the toilet, and instead of having someone come to fix it or moving us to another room, we were simply given towels and a mop and told to handle it ourselves. That was not the level of service I expected, especially at that hour. While the staff was polite, the way the situation was handled made for a very frustrating experience.”
