“The towels were washed very clean”

“The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful and nice. You get a room with clean towels one bar of soap and one tube of shampoo. This is an extended stay facility so their are no boxes of kleenex and even though there are cook facilities you would need to bring your own pots, pans, dishes etc. We had a family above us and the kid (or kids) raced back and forth and moved chairs starting at around 5 until 11:30 PM. It was hard to sleep. We talked to the front desk after the second night……

“This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates.”

“Staff, gave me different directions for things that I needed. Weekend staff was not as informed as weekday staff. Breakfast service again was great on the weekdays, but the weekends were not as clean and efficent. Sometimes they didn’t even turn the lights on over your area. Pool… was dirty. The white sides had built up, scum on it. Very disappointing for the amount of money and the reputation they have. Maintenance came to my room 3 times to fix didn’t stuff. Cleanliness in the room was……

“The hotel is very clean, good breakfast, very nice staff. Special shout out to all the people working long shifts at the front desk, they were always so polite and helpful, and to Marcus that was working the breakfast room, he went above and beyond for all the people, just a joy....”

“The room I stayed in was awful. The TV was really blurry and garbled. the shower was okay. it was a room made for accessibility so it was extra large and those amenities were nice for anyone who would have been disabled. but, I didn't get any sleep for two full nights. it was in the corner on the top and there was huge water noises coming through the walls all night long and a rattle in the air conditioner that I couldn't get to because it was behind a locked door so I had to just turn it off……
