“Very good stay.”

“Thought it was a bit high for Pueblo, but trust me. The cleanliness, breakfast and amenities. Definitely worth it. Beds are so comfortable, great experience every time I’ve stayed here”

“之前在洛杉矶住过一次。非常不错，这次是第二次选择这个酒店。以后会一直选择这个品牌。非常棒。”

“The elevator was out of service and front desk didn’t inform us at check in. Then she put us on the third floor. When we figured it out we asked for a room on the first floor but was able to get one on the second floor. I don’t understand why they’d expect the guests to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs. “Pretty nice room. Although water pressure in the bathroom was abysmal. The kitchen sink was fine. Also there were some little things that were dusty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in long time. “good”

“I think here is a good place to stay”

“Above average room with comfortable beds and clean bathroom that could use some updating. Quality bed linens and towels. Lovely staff. Complimentary breakfast had a good variety, including healthy options, but the coffee was way below average.”

“I room was cleaner than last weekend but we stayed two nights and house cleaning didn’t come the day we were there. I tried to call the office to get the room vacuumed atleast but I received no answer. Then I sent a message because I have a young child so it’s hard to go to the office. The room also smelt like weed the first night which was bearable. Then, when we returned from being out the second day it smelt like someone smoked in the room. Which I also tried to call about. Then I messaged……

“Dirty bed terrible spot. Staff very helpful”

“Would have been nice if lock code worked more than once”
