Although there is no onsite office that I knew of, the phone communication with the owners was responsive. Each room has its own theme. We got the Game of Thrones room & it was really cool how much work was put into it. We only stayed 1 night and wish we could have spent more time there. The only minor nuisance that has been mentioned was the bathroom being separate, but……

“We were pleasantly surprised by this clean, cutely decorated villa that had everything you would want/need including nice towels, awesome and comfy bed and sheets as well as a coffee maker and all the kitchen items necessary to cook for yourself even though easy walk to an awesome Detroit style pizza place and the Redstone Inn where you can eat and drink as well as we loved the bar area there to include absolutely awesome eating! “Really enjoyed our stay, location is great with the free avail bus right at the doorstep practically. Couple of things that would have been appreciated…a toaster (we looked in every cupboard and drawer several times over and no toaster anywhere); blackout down drop blinds or curtains in the bedrooms would mean more than a 6am wake up because of the sunrise; the internet was iffy and the cable never worked. Contacted the office about internet forgot about tv. Otherwise felt cost and comfy. Nice……
