“We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use. Missing a lot of basic essential items… no toaster, baking sheets for oven, oven mitts, cooking essentials like salt/sugar, extra sheets for beds. The master only had fitted sheet……

“Clean Room”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
