“Great location! The cut home was perfect for a family weekend in the busy Dallas area. All the amenities of home! Thanks for trusting us with the necessaries. Walking distance to grocery (whole foods) and uber was great. Parking in the street was adequate, but watch for the two hour spots. Wonderful experience. ”

“We stayed in the home during a Dallas Market Trip. The home is very well stocked with everything you will need. Very spacious, clean and we felt very safe! Great home for a family trip or a business trip. The host was very responsive to our needs and that speaks volumes! Having a garage to park our car was a huge plus! Will stay again!!”

“I selected this location for its proximity to my daughter's hotel and because they were pet friendly. There was plenty of space and it was nice to have 2-car garage access.”

“We loved this multi story home situated in a lovely neighborhood with views of the skyline and a grocery store in walking distance. Perfect for a group of colleagues to have privacy in the many bedrooms or socialize together in the large downstairs made for entertaining. ”

“As soon as I made my reservation and outside management company starts emailing asking for age of guest and purpose for travel. They text constantly and even if you decline insurance on VRBO you have to pay this outside company. You don’t have a choice. I think all fees should be disclosed upfront with reservation! ”

“Great house to stay in for access to the arena for a concert. This section of Dallas was busy but nice. The house itself was cutely furnished and very clean. Eric was a very nice host and check-in and check-out was easy. We would definitely stay there again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay. The house was ver well done and the pool and hot tub made our stay very relaxing! The location is perfect but we enjoyed the house so much we barely left. Will definetly book again when in Dallas!”

“I’d give this Townhome all 5’s but the only thing was that the view to downtown in the pics were not updated because now there’s at least 3 hotels that are blocking some of the downtown scenery… my only complaint… lol I would definitely recommend staying there!!!!”

“A group of us met up here for a celebratory weekend, check in was simple & clear. Spacious with plenty of hang out space around the townhouse for all. However the property does not have enough amenities for a larger group such as towels , dishes , trash bags etc which is not a big deal if ”

“Stayed 2 nights with 7 people. Everyone had their own place to sleep. Large living room area to congregate. Great board game playing table. The front toilet was not working but we just used the 2 others. Not the safest to walk around at night but great proximity. ”

"The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location."
