“I pre-booked the hotel weeks before I traveled. The website said that the retreat house had restaurants, lounge, and bar amenities that I thought would be useful for my stay. The restaurant was not opened when we arrived. The bar//lounge had no staff. We asked the only employee we ever saw when the restaurant would be open and she said it’s only open for breakfast. We came downstairs in the morning at 8:30. The sign on the dining room said that breakfast was served at eight to ten. No one to be……
