"This was a nice resort to stay at. We were there for three nights or so. Room with ocean view was nciely designed and appointed with a big bathroom. The pools were nice as well. Staff super friendly and helpful throughout. Buffet food okay at best, with some exceptions here and there. However, we thought the restaurant food was way better than the buffet, so would highly recommend to have dinner at the restaurants only. We tried Kulinarium and Rimini and very much enjoyed both."

"Service: Our butlers, Pingting and Brandon, were the highlight. They were helpful and attentive, and they handled our scheduling so we never had to think about logistics. Coming back to a bubble bath they had drawn for us, unprompted, is the kind of touch we'll remember. The rest of the staff matched that standard everywhere we went. Food: We loved Cilento, El Suspiro, and Cala di Luna, and each one felt like its own experience. Even the pool food was great, which is rare. We never felt like we had to leave the pool to eat well. Drinks: Excellent everywhere we went. The crème brûlée martini at Bar de la Calle was a standout and worth a visit on its own. Atmosphere and amenities: The resort is beautiful, relaxed, and polished. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to unwind. We left rested and well taken care of, and we're already planning our return. If you go, ask for Pingting and Brandon."

Ocean Allure Costa Mujeres - Adults Only - All Inclusive

"This resort is absolutely gorgeous, clean and well-maintained. He had the junior suite swim out, which was amazing. The dining staff was so friendly and accommodating, probably the best dining service I've experienced in Mexico. The food was good. I like that all the restaurants are near each other, so you don't have to search for them in different parts of the resort. Unfortunately not all restaurants are open daily and a couple you need reservations for, so we didn't get to try the Japanese restaurant. At Ocean Burger, the restaurant at the pool, we saw a worker handling food without gloves-grabbing chips with her bare hands and putting it on someone's plate. Needless to say, that was our last day eating there. The music at the pool was very repetitive and could use more variety. At check-in they attempted to charge us an additional $140 for a room selection, although we never selected our room. After several minutes of debating, the front desk removed the charge. The last night of our trip, it rained for 15 minutes and our room flooded. The hotel was quick to resolve it and moved us to another room within 20-30 minutes. Our least favorite thing was them trying to pressuring us to listen to an upgrade/timeshare presentation. It started to feel like harassment. The rep continued to push after we said no several times. She saw us on our way to breakfast one morning and even tried to ask us then, Overall, I'd give this resort an 8/10."

"Place is amazing! The service here is just great, everyone is very friendly and attentive. The place is well taken care of, workers always doing cleanup and maintenance. The restaurants are all amazing, food is fresh and well made. One of my favorite all inclusive hotels. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a romantic getaway. 10/10"
