"We had great Expedia ambassadors- David and Danna! They were so helpful from check-in through our whole experience. David set up a group chat and kept in touch with us everyday. He set all our dinner reservations and even got us moved for the steakhouse as we ended up renting a cabana and wanted to use it for the full day. I cannot say enough about David’s help throughout the week. He definitely made our stay unforgettable."

"Beautiful resort with top-notch food—we tried everything and were never disappointed. The staff are amazing, hardworking, and incredibly accommodating. The resort even has a dedicated chef for dietary restrictions. Our butler, Oscar, truly went above and beyond. He was on top of everything and surprised us throughout our stay, including special touches for our anniversary. The nightly shows were great, and Mexican Night was AWESOME. I loved that only two restaurants required reservations—it made dinners stress-free and easy to walk in anywhere. The beach was beautiful, the room was spacious, and we loved having two washrooms. The oceanfront swim-up had a gorgeous view and easy swim-out access. The only downside of the entire trip was that the pools were cold—otherwise, absolute perfection. Thank you to Oscar and all the Majestic Mirage employees who made this trip truly memorable."

"We had literally the best week of our lives at this resort! We were so well taken care of by all of the staff, especially our butler, Mel. He helped us with anything and everything that we needed during our stay. On our anniversary, he decorated the room in rose petals and brought us a special bottle of champagne. Our favorite restaurant was El Gaucho and our waiter was Joaquin. His service was excellent and he made sure that we had everything we needed at every return. The food at every restaurant on the resort was incredible. We are big foodies and we had so much fun ordering a bunch of different dishes from each restaurant. We ended up staying in the adult only portion for all of our dinners so we repeated a couple of restaurants but we were happy to do so because the food was so good. The room was always clean and housekeeping made sure of that three times per day. The cabaret show is not to be missed, we really enjoyed the show and the meal. The performers are incredible. And the spa was serene, we really enjoyed the massages and the hydrotherapy. We spent most of our days at the pool and Elias waited on us hand and foot. He was absolutely incredible and such a hard worker. He always checked on us and brought us drinks and food promptly. We were so impressed with all of the activities that were available while on the resort such as yoga, sushi making class, macrame, spin class in the pool, a pole dancing class in the pool, etc! We already cannot wait to come back!!"

"Excellent resort especially the staff Krystal from guest services was exceptional she took care of us like royalty. Warm, kind, exceptional experience and anticipated our every need. Daniela and Sylvia plus the rest of the entertainment staff were wonderful young people always with a m Smile on their faces and engaging everyone to join the activities. The restaurant and cleaning staff were amazing as well the rooms were always immaculate and towels replenished daily. Last but not least was Roberto from front desk he set the tone from when we arrived and made registration a pleasure. We were sad to leave the resort today. We will return another time in future."
