Crandon Golf at Key Biscayne Tours

I will begin by saying that I am also a host. The difference is that I am a private host, rather than a corporate host. I would normally send my recommended fixes privately, but I learned that in doing so, it rarely gets listened to, so I will do this publicly. This place, though it is a great space and a prime location downtown, is by far one of the worst places I've stayed in. It seems that a lot of corporate rentals will furnish a place with the cheapest furnishings possible. I learned to invest in a good sofa, bed and mattress, and bedding. The rest you can get away with. This place had the cheapest bed I have ever slept on. I literally tried not to move much because it felt like it was going to fall apart! I was alone and couldn't imagine a couple sleeping on this bed and doing what couples do!! The sofa seemed nice, but I did not want to sit on it because it was so dirty with stains and hair all over! In general, a new cleaner is needed, or a new management company. Maybe both! The whole place was dirty and had hair all over. Rugs were also dirty and stained. The front living room shade did not have a cord to draw up, so it was semi-dark the whole stay. I addressed this issue first thing. The only response was to send them a picture, and that was the end of that! The bedroom window handle was broken and would not close. The nightstand bulbs were both burned out, so I had to live with the bright room light the whole time. Please do better!

Great place and location! The pool was amazing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The host was incredibly friendly and attentive, and the communication was prompt and efficient. The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful.
