“We had a wonderful stay. What a great little neighborhood. Anything we needed or wanted was within a 10 minute drive or a short walk. The home was immaculate. The decor was beautiful and the home itself was perfectly spotless. We would def stay here again when back in Wilmington. P.s. our pups loved the backyard and lounging in the sun. ”

“We stayed at this great vrbo to be a 13 minute walk away from Live Oak Pavilion. There are several good restaurants along the river walk that are 10-15 minutes away including our favorite Marina Grill. We also enjoyed sitting outside on the front porch. There are several charming homes in this neighborhood. Overall a great stay!”

“Andrew was a great host--keeping us in the loop and checking in on us via a message to ensure our experience was going well! The kitchen was well-stocked with pans and cutlery we could use to cook breakfast. The beds were comfortable, including the pull-out couch on the first floor! Parking was very convenient right in front of the house.From the house, we were able to walk to Hi-Wire Brewing (the kids LOVED the ping pong and arcades) and Wandering Cone (incredible ice cream). The 4th of July……
