“We visit Ballycastle every year and opted to stay at the Marine Hotel. It has to be one of my most disappointing experiences in any hotel or resort for a very long time. - we were overcharged / charged twice but this was not resolved immediately. I had to visit the front desk several times during our first evening. The duty manager was busy, however I think you should prioritise when a customer is owed £250+. - the room we booked was meant to have a partial sea view (which it did not) and yet……

Staff were excellent, when we came to check in to the hotel we asked if we could get a taxi booked to go back to the wedding venue - without hesitation the lovely lady said she would take us back. “Very cool place- we booked the big room for family of five. Hot tub was great and had such an incredible view and the extra cost was well worth it and included a drink! The owners are great and the location is super close to Giant’s Causeway and has a beautiful view. The only very mild negative is it is a working farm so there’s some flies and a bit of a farm smell, but I would definitely stay there again. Great place! Nice breakfast too.”
