“Very tired old property. When they showed us the room it first reminded me of one of the servant quarters in a recent historic house tour. We booked a classic double. The room was damp, full of dusty furniture and the bed mattress springs were gone. There was a tiny window with a view to nothing. We lasted 10 mins and left. The manager gave us lots of options, one being the same room type and the other being the front door with just an apology and no refund offered. First time I ever left a……

“This hotel was a 5 star boutique hotel, with the best staff, the most amazing food, and a great new and wonderful designed layout. I can recommend any one to go and stay. It’s also in a stunning location right on the Harbour. I will certainly go back again.”

“We didn't see a soul. Check in was using a safe box to collect the key. Check out was dropping the key into a safe box. Room was clean and pleasant though and we had everything we needed.”

“Clean, small room. Flat pillows, thin walls-could hear the person next room snoring. Breakfast doesn’t start til 8 on weekends, so not useful for an early flight. It is close to the airport which is why I picked it”

“Managed to book the last room available a twin with plenty of room and comfortable beds. Said own bathroom but was across the public hallway. At check in was not advised to turn power to bathroom was a switch outside in public hallway. Not great when already stripped off. Eventually worked it out. Breakfast was great with outlook over country side.”

“We had seen mixed reviews about other people's stays and were a bit apprehensive about what to expect. We could NOT have had a more fantastic stay. Staff were extremely attentive and welcoming especially Veejay( the manager), Gary, Anne and Nadine. We are a family of 6 ( 3 adult couples) and it was the perfect highland base for exploring the area. Food was fresh and was made from scratch. Leave time for leisurely meals. Specially props for breakfast pancakes. Rooms were spacious and beds……

“We very much enjoyed our stay at the Seabank House Hotel and Cafe. It has a very relaxed atmosphere and the staff is really friendly, and also just a short walk or drive from the beautiful Nairn beach. Also, breakfast is great with a mix of light continental buffet along with an a la carte menu. All the breakfast options we took were really well prepared and delicious. Would certainly book there again.”
