“Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t.”

“Everything about our stay was excellent! The unit was exactly as described, very clean and comfortable.
