The Ugly: occurred when we were expected to leave on Sunday. The elevator broke down. We are elderly, and an elevator was one of the reasons we paid so much for this property. “Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t.”

Beach access was very convenient and there were even some beach chairs/items available to use.There were plenty of kitchen items provided to cook a simple meal and enough amenities in general to last the week.
