“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. It may not good for elderly people or people...

“My parents and I came here for my birthday/Mother’s Day weekend. This place is even nicer in person and is in a fantastic location, truly in the heart of the city and so close to the beach. We had such a relaxing weekend and even when it was raining, we had all the comforts and amenities as if we were in our own home so we could enjoy being inside! We will definitely recommend to all!”

“This is a lovely 4 bedroom condo, very nicely decorated, in a great setting. There is a golf cart available, and every day we would spend hours on the beautiful beach. And for those who didn’t want to go to the beach, there is a very nice pool right outside the condo.”

“Communication with Brian was awesome and effortless, the condo was comfortable, there were little things that was not in the information like ice maker and water on the refrigerator, plus coffee and even drinking glasses, plus cooking pans, didn't use but its great to know they were there and the air and view was awesome along with the fireplace, plus all apps available to watch, could not say enough good things about this listing ”

“My husband and I stayed here during the 4th of July holiday. This place has everything you might need. Kitchen appliances, cookware, plenty of towels, extra blankets ( if it's a cooler season). It also has a washer and dryer, which was super nice to be able to do a load of clothes. All appliances were of good quality. We truly felt at home. “Great location. Great communication from owner. Few minutes from downtown and the beach. My family and I enjoyed our stay very much. ”

“We loved the fact that we parked the car and went days without using it. You can walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. The loft had plenty of room for everyone. Lots of newer appliances and plenty of kitchen room. Great vacation! One important note--renters must be able to climb stairs. A narrow staircase with 18 stairs hauling up suitcases, cases of water, etc. It was great exercise but a bit daunting for anyone with mobility issues. ”
