“Rooms were good, I think our room was being renovated. I did have to go to the front desk for a hair dryer. And the pool was not accessible at the time.”

“I was disappointed with my stay. The sheets were stained, there were not enough towels, and the room had a strong smell of mildew and humidity. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests”

“They are trying but this hotel is not a good value. Staff was making an effort but not trained up. It took 30 minutes to get a set of keys that worked. The property is in pretty rough condition with a lot of janky doors, gates, sidewalks and other areas. We were fairly desperate late on a Saturday and paid for our lacking of foresight.”

“The mattress was dirty, soaked by some kind of fluid before. Wall under the bathroom sink was not finished. The hall filled with some kind of smell. The worst is the security concern. Two suspicious people , one male and one female, were trying to open our room at 2 am. When asked, they claimed the frontdesk assigned the wrong room to them. Very creepy. Overpriced for such a bad quality Quality Inn room, just because the city was packed with tourists during the weekend.”

“This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The musty damp smell of cigarettes was so disgusting. While checking in the front desk lady was rude. A guest was complaining of the smell in their room and she did not seem surprised or do anything about it. I would never stay at this hotel ever again.”

“I know it is a Motel 6 but the staff and management have done an excellent job. we stay as a filler for one night and the experience was great! Rooms are upgraded and bed was nice.”
