“I had a two night stay for work. Saturday when i returned to my room, my key didnt work. I sat in the lobby for over 20 minutes before i was helped. Get to my room, shower, and the smoke alarm begins to chirp. The movie channels were not available with no way to stream from my phone. Internet connection was horrible.
