Nice neighborhood, comfy beds

Really comfy beds and cute, safe neighborhood. Fixtures are nice and modern. Decor is pretty nice. A few house rules including no shoes on the hardwood floors (which is good to know ahead of time for anyone with knee trouble). But overall a really good stay.

Nice 2 bedroom near downtown Denver

In a quiet neighborhood not far from downtown, with street parking available, and newly renovated.

Great location, great stay

All was great, heads up to future renters we weren't allowed to park in the driveway. Also, we weren't notified until the day before that the property owner lived next door which wasn't that big of a deal for us. All in all I would recommed this place.

Week Trip to Denver

I had a great stay with my son for a soccer tournament in Denver. A friend that was in the area stayed so there was plenty of room with the two beds and baths. Everything was available that you would need to cook at home. The location was ideal. 20 minutes or so to everything around the city it seemed like and fairly convenient. No complaints, great stay!

It's Always Sunny in Sunnyside

We stayed here with some friends and had a great time! The beds were comfortable and the sheets were super soft. The house is part of a triplex but it was very quiet. The rooftop patio was excellent for cocktail hour. The kitchen was conducive to cooking and socializing. Overall, this was a great place to stay!

Perfect location- nice historic neighborhood!!

This place was cute, clean and the owner is so kind. They care about keeping things clean and after seeing the neighborhood I understand why. Very family friendly and well kept/historic. Cheap Ubers to downtown and easy ride on scooters from lohi. Great price for this home’s quality, location, and safety!

Winter visit

Nice property well equipped and private from the owners portion who provided perfect support. Probably better for nice weather due to the great outdoor amenities and lack of garage but street parking is abundant and easy.

Hidden gem

Great place stay! Quiet neighborhood. Owner is extremely courteous and promptly replies to all inquiries and questions. We stayed for 1 week and we had a fantastic time. Close to restaurant stores & highways. Loved the neighborhood.

So much fun!

It was a very nice new property which is located perfectly for doing an array of activities. For us, most things we chose to do were anywhere from 1-30 minutes away. There are so many options! We also stayed “home” and enjoyed the roof top deck one evening. Leon was very helpful and available if needed. Everything was taken well care of so we never had to contact him.

Much more comfortable than a hotel!

This was my first stay at an VRBO. Leon was very hospitable and ensured that we had everything we needed! The home is beautiful our stay was very comfortable. The location was awesome, very close to restaurants (Bacon and Bar Dogh were our faves ). Thanks for such a comfortable stay Leon!
