“No restaurant on site but advertised there was”

“For the price, room was one of the best we've had. Good beds/pillows, clean, basic, but nice. Only downside was no blow dryer, but that was made clear up front. Staff was very friendly and helpful at check in. Will stay here again.”

“This hotel staff went above and beyond. We got home to Texas and realized that my husband left his partial teeth soaking in the bathroom cup. They found them kept them moist., and sent them UPS. We got them two days later they were still moist in perfect condition inside a ziplock . That was a couple thousand dollars savings for us and we appreciated it so much.”

“We stayed overnight after a long drive from Florida, the room served its purpose it was clean and quiet, a little outdated but didnt bother me enough to change a 5 star rating. Front desk man was really nice and helpful plus it was super affordable given the last minute reservation.”

“Comfortable room”

“The manager tried to scam me for 100$ each night I stayed. And then kept deactivating my room keys, after each attempt to response an issue. They watch who comes in and out of your room, threatening to keep the deposit if anyone stops by whatsever.”

“All of the staff were so polite. Easy check in and out process. Kept telling us if need anything to let them know. It was very nice, clean room. Was quiet and relaxing.”

“All was good. Breakfast was lacking choices. No eggs or sausage. Honey buns only choice. White bread only. No fruit.”

“The service made up for anything the motel itself packed. Small extended stay motel, few services, and because I had booked online, the place was overbooked. Though, the service i was given made up for any technical issue that came up. They had been remodeling one of their longer term stay rooms that wasn't quite finished yet, so he asked if I'd be ok with it. The TV didn't work (I don't watch it) and I got to play with the AC a bit to get the compressor to kick on so it would cool off.……

“Clean room and located for an easy quick nights stay.”

“Appeared clean and well kept upon arrival, but mold on ceiling tiles and top edges outside shower. They advertise laundry available, but both washers and both dryers "Out of order". Only ice machine "Out of Order"! Door bolt lock from inside would not lock (out of alignment). Unable to get any streaming services on TV and when asked staff member said they have been having problems "mainly on this side of the hotel" (side we were on) and said there was nothing she could do about it. ……

“This is a very out of the way place but it is quite,clean, a good place to eat a quarter of a mile away. The room was very clean and had the best hot water for a shower.the staff was very friendly and helpful. My wife and I will stay there next time we are in st Robert”

“Although booking through Expedia which assigned me a handicap room, which was not ideal in terms of showering space and subsequent room cleaning and serving, the hotel was fine and I have booked there multiple times in the last year. The front desk staff did not seem very accommodating to my concerns upon check-in but did explain the reason for my limited options due to a full hotel. The housekeeping staff usually replace towels each day and tidy up the bathroom, which did not seem to happen……

“We liked the property and it was well maintained. Breakfast was really good with lots of options. However, they gave us an accessible room when we did not request one nor do we need one. We had stayed at a different Fairfield location the previous weekend and it had nicer pillows and non disposable plates,etc in the breakfast area. That being said, we would stay here again.”
