“The property management team that manage this room were very responsive and attentive. The room was very clean, accommodating, renovated and thoughtful. Comfortable bed and liked having control of A/C or Heat and an extra space heater. Having an updated bathroom and full kitchen was great. The only complaint that I had, that wouldn’t give my stay 5 stars, is the television was not working/connecting to the WiFi to stream any channels. WiFi was spotty for one day as well. Otherwise, everything……

“Property was great except a few things. The bedroom set up was kinda scary. Especially since there aren’t locks on the doors. Also getting in and out of the tub was dangerous. I understand that it is a vintage situation but the step out was nerve wrecking. WiFi very weak in back bedroom. However, the amenities were out of this world! I couldn’t have been more impressed with the bathroom toiletries. Parking and location were great.”

“Im local to the area and just needed a place near downtown Fairfield for the week. Place was everythig I expected. Apartment was clean, check-in was easy, and owner was communicative and helpful when needed.”

“Property was as listed, but there were several small things that needed to be addressed. The shower curtain rod was not attached to the wall and kept falling, the batteries in the remotes for the AC and TV were dead, there was a broken drawer front in one bedroom’s dresser, the floor mat in the bathroom was horrible and there was always a shortage of hot water; these are just small and annoying things but they would be very easy to correct and make a stay much better.”
