The kitchen is fully stocked, the appliances are first rate, and the furnishings are a great mix of modern and antiques. I felt like I was at home, not in a rental. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had while staying on the property. "

"This property is in the absolute best place if your destination is near Pleasure Pier. You do get to park on the street with a parking pass near the building. There are a lot of steps to go up with your luggage - so that can be challenging if you are carrying bigger or heavier items (we had a large suitcase and a large cooler, among everything else.) "We drove 10 hours and arrived on a Friday evening. We pulled in and were met by a security guard w/ a bad attitude who immediately began barking orders. The receptionist was kind that night but every other day shift receptionist was blatantly rude. No complimentary anything. The lobby boasts complimentary coffee but at 8am the one coffee pot was empty and the receptionist snapped at us that "we just started our shift";half hour later there was still no coffee and no one seemed worried about it....
