“Matthew is a great host and we loved the property! Walking distance to Wrigley and there are great dining options close by as well. A nice home to HQ out of when you visit Chicago!”

“The property is very nicely done and thoughtfully furnished. The beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and very functional. The two stories make it easy to spread out. The main level has two small bedrooms (the queen beds 'just fit') and the secondary lower level has a queen bed and ample space. The second kitchenette is a nice touch. Our family had a really great time here, teens/young adults used the CTA Blue Line Damen stop which was about a 10 minute walk and they could……

“This was the first time I ever booked a VRBO. Nicole made the process so easy for me and was very responsive to any and all questions I had. The location couldn’t have been any better for anyone going to the baseball game. The patio area worked perfectly for my family to unwind at the end of the day. Very happy this was my first experience. I will be contacting Nicole again in the future for sure if we need to stay again.”

“This is a great location for families with young children, with parks, other outdoor activities, and for getting to downtown. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, with ample seating for meals. The property manager was very responsive to any issues that needed attention during our stay. It was easy to find street parking with the parking passes provided. “Classy hosts, classy place in the heart of Lincoln Park. It was the ideal location to visit our daughter for a weekend with a couple of teenagers in tow, and we easily accessed the Red Line to get to a Cubs game and downtown and back again. Parked our car and left it! The amazing back deck on this place is even better than the pictures and allowed us to enjoy the comfortable weather relaxing with our family after two long, fun days. Will definitely be back for another round.”

“Overall, our stay was great! Checking in and out was easy and speedy, and the location is fantastic for those who like to spend time downtown (the property is within walking distance of the Brown and Red lines). A garage space was greatly appreciated for those who would drive, but traveling to/from O’Hare on the L was easy. We (6 adults) enjoyed our time and the neighborhood.”
